SOUTH WALTON, FLA. – Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, a premier beachfront resort located on Florida’s Gulf coast, has appointed Kevin Rosa as Director of Sales and Marketing. In his new role, Rosa will shape and execute sales and marketing strategies for the resort’s group markets; develop new programs to maximize opportunities and exceed goals; and oversee the performance management, coaching, recruiting and selection of the sales team.

An accomplished tourism executive, Rosa brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and incentive travel to his new position. Prior to joining Hilton Sandestin, Rosa was Vice President of Sales and Operations at Incentive Travel Solutions, where he specialized in luxury group incentive travel, full-service meetings and events and employee recognition programs. His stellar career includes time as Director of Sales and Marketing at many notable hotels and resorts around the country, including most recently the 300-room Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Georgia. Before that, Rosa led sales and marketing teams at the Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando, Florida; Loews Don Cesar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida; Turnberry Isle Miami in Aventura, Florida; and The Sagamore in Bolton Landing, New York.
