San Francisco (flight passenger arrivals up 158%) nabs the spot as the world's second most popular place to visit next year for European travelers, based on bookings made so far in 2017 for 2018. Miami (up 99%) comes in at 13th place, followed by Los Angeles (up 93%) in 14th place and New York (up 76%) in 22nd place.
