Four Seasons Hotel Denver announces that one of its dedicated employees, Guestroom Inspector Sabrena Morgan, has been awarded a USD 10,000 grant for her exceptional work by The Above and Beyond Foundation at a celebration at the Hotel on December 4, 2017.
Presented once per quarter, the Heart of Hospitality Award celebrates those who have excelled in their roles, dedicates themselves to elevating the customer experience and provides the highest level of service, identified through a nomination from a manager.
“We are incredibly honoured to have Sabrena recognised by The Above and Beyond Foundation,” said Bill Thomas, Senior Director of Human Resources, Four Seasons Hotel Denver. “This accolade is a testament to the passion for service and exceptional work of our team, and we are so proud that Sabrena is such a strong reflection of our company culture.”
Sabrena Morgan, the recipient of the first Heart of Hospitality Award, began her career with Four Seasons Hotel Denver in 2014 as a Turndown Attendant in the Housekeeping Department. As a result of her outstanding work, she was promoted to Guestroom Attendant followed by a promotion to Housekeeping Office Coordinator. Just weeks ago, she was promoted to Inspector where she ensures that each room is in perfect condition for arriving guests.
“I am so excited to accept the Heart of Hospitality Award,” Morgan said. “I couldn’t have grown and gotten to where I am without the love and support of my family and the Housekeeping team every step of the way.”
Frederick Stein, Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotel Denver commented, “Sabrena’s work ethic, motivation and positive attitude makes her incredibly deserving of this award. She truly goes ‘above and beyond’ in every aspect of her role, and is an invaluable member of our team.”
