The new TownePlace Suites hotel represents the latest collaboration between Shaner Hotels and longtime hotel development partner Prime Hospitality Group of Hollywood, Florida. The companies are currently developing two hotel properties at the Daytona International Speedway a Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and The Daytona, a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel that is the centerpiece of the Speedways One Daytona mixed-use development.
