The corporate arm of Expedia has recently launched Egencia Advantage that represents an international program of services it feels is designed to support business tourists all through their journey.
Egencia says that the brand new program covers everything from airport lounge access to traveller risk management, travel visa services and much more.
It also claims that the service provides additional perks to improve traveller satisfaction and also help them stay productive on the road.
At the launch the features of Egencia Advantage comprises:
- Loungebuddy that is an international aggregator of airport lounge information for business tourists
- Visa services through a global network of partners including CIBT visas, with a plan to help travellers with applications, replacements and renewals
- Airhelp is a passenger rights company that can assist tourists to apply for compensation from airlines after disruption
- Traveller risk management is one of the essential features too as Egencia connects travellers with recommended providers for duty of care requirements
Egencia says that additional services would be added to the program as and when it form new partnerships.
