Thailand sets new achievements for the tourism promotions

Thailand successfully sets its promotional goals to attract more tourists especially from China.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand usually used to hold the tourism conferences, events and the other promotional activities to advertise the top destinations of Thailand all over the world. The South Asian tourists especially from China, Japan and India flock in the top tourism destinations of Thailand.

The places like Phuket, Koh Samui, Chiang Mai, Mekong, Phuket, Ao Nang and many other places promoted mainly as these are the popular destinations.

Recently, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and Ko Samui’s public and private sector have successfully set Guinness World Records for Largest Buffet during the Samui Festival 2017.

This festival was held from 7th of September 2017 to 11th September 2017 to celebrate the 120th birthday of Koh Samui. This geared to promote Thailand in the cultural backdrop.

Mostly Chinese visitors want to visit the places which are enriched with history and culture. Thailand now eyes to push more Chinese tourists. The expenditure of tourists from China is rapidly increasing which helps the economy of Thailand to rise.

Now, The Tourism Authority of Thailand is also stressing on the online digital promotion on the social networking sites.

The tourism department and group of Thai bloggers are forming a team to form social network promotion strategies and influence the tourists among the free travellers from China and Thailand.

Also the Chinese travel bloggers also strengthening up to boost the tourism in Thailand. They work together to promote the tourism destinations of Thailand.

Some of the social media influencers will visit the top rated destinations and the hotels and accommodation like Bangkok, Saraburi, Nakhon Ratchasima and Ayutthaya in the month of September 13th to 19th, 2017.

It is noted that the Chinese tourists visit the destinations all over the world on an average five to eight days trip. Most of the Chinese love to go to the places where the history, temples and the architectural wonders are present than the beaches or the wildlife areas.
