Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square unveils a luxurious spa sanctuary in the City of London

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square has officially opened this week and offers a sanctuary of wellness and nurturing in the heart of the City. Featuring eight treatment rooms, including one Spa Suite and a luxury Hammam, a 14-metre swimming pool, sauna and steam room, The Spa sits alongside the hotel’s 24-hour fitness centre on the lower ground floor and offers a truly luxurious spa experience for day visitors and guests.

Italian designer Joseph Caspari has created a fluid environment, taking inspiration from the curved walls of the Rotunda at Ten Trinity Square. From the oval-shaped reception with its gold mosaic tiled walls, glistening in the light, to the domed ceilings of the treatment rooms, The Spa is a soothing environment with a natural flow of energy and warmth.

Inspired by the history of the surrounding area, Caspari has used a colour palette reminiscent of the minerals and natural materials used during the Roman times, which can be seen in the deep grey and silver tones of the swimming pool and natural woods in the treatment rooms. Continuing the sense of grandeur in the building, the swimming pool is framed by soaring columns that emerge from the mosaic base with a decorative silver vine design.

Spa Treatments and Signature Rituals
An inspiring selection of deeply relaxing, results-driven treatments and holistic experiences are available for both men and women. Brand partners include organic German skincare line Amala, visionary facial experts Dr Burgener and leading UK spa brand ESPA as well as marocMaroc, specialists in authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments.Combining modern day techniques with ancient therapies from Eastern and Western philosophies and practices, signature rituals have been designed exclusively for The Spa.

Highlights include a Swiss Age Perfecting Jewel Facial from Dr Burgener, which involves deep cleansing and exfoliation of the face, followed by a rejuvenating massage and the application of a nutrient rich serum as well as a nourishing mask to give an extra dose of vitamins. The Harmonising Detoxifying Ritual from Amala provides harmony for body and soul. A full-body massage with wild organic ingredients to boost hydration is followed by a warm body mask cocoon using sun-dried Indian Rassoul clay & silky body butter to detoxify, lift and sooth skin, leaving a feeling of complete relaxation.

The luxury Hammam is one of the finest in the City of London. Capturing the authentic tradition of the treatment, a heated central plinth provides the focal point for the indulgent ritual bathing. The marocMaroc Prestigious Cocooning ritual offers all the benefits of exfoliation and Hammam steam, using a deep black soap scrub and Miel d’Ambre scrub followed by a bathing ritual and an energising massage.

Swimming Pool
The 14-metre swimming pool, framed by classical columns, is a tranquil place where guests can enjoy poolside relaxation or a few gentle laps. Located adjacent to the pool is a sauna, steam room and vitality pool.

Fitness Centre
The fitness centre offers a selection of the latest Matrix cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, ascent trainers, ellipticals and bikes and strength equipment from Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. Also featured is a studio for personal training and yoga.

Spa Retail
The Spa Retail area, located in the Spa Reception, will offer a selection of skin care, body care, lifestyle and apparel products.
