The former CEO and President of Norwegian Cruise Line, Kevin Sheehan has recently purchased the Paradise Cruise Line. The deal has been closed on 22nd December, 2016 by the 63-year-old businessman.
On Tuesday, 27th December, Sheehan has informed that the purchase of Paradise Cruise Line is a family investment with a strong executive management team and they have a great appreciation for the Port of Palm Beach and they believe it is a fantastic port, which will contribute to the future success of the Grand Celebration.
Grand Celebration is the cruise ship which connects the Bahamas with the Port of Palm Beach with 1800 passengers onboard, at least three or four times a week. Also, the ship is the largest cruise ship based at the port.
In January 2015, Sheehan has resigned from his post at the Norwegian Cruise Line. The port officials believe that Sheehan along with Oneil Khosa will run the latest business venture successfully.
