Urban Coterie launches new meetings wellbeing initiative

With more emphasis centred on the wellbeing of meeting delegates, Urban Coterie at M by Montcalm Hotel has launched a new initiative to help focus minds.
The Yoga with a View sessions can be arranged prior to the start of the day, with the aim to inspire self-transformation and assist delegates in achieving their potential. The sessions are hosted by The House of Yoga and Love Yogi teacher Zara Pittman and following the class delegates can enjoy healthy breakfasts prepared by Michelin star chef Anthony Demetre.
Urban Coterie Events was launched earlier this year as a brand-new event space available for exclusive and private hire in Central London. It offers both the 16th and 17th floors of the M By Montcalm for specialised private and corporate events with panoramic views across London. The 16th floor offers a relaxed lounge environment whilst the 17th floor is bright, sleek and feels like you’re dining in the sky.
