MIAMI - InterContinental Hotels Group newest lifestyle brand, EVEN Hotels, has broken ground in the city of Miami. A unique hotel brand designed to help travelers Eat Well, Rest Easy, Keep Active and Accomplish More, EVEN Hotels will now offer wellness-minded travelers more options to maintain their wellness routine while away from home.

Developed by Epelboim Development Group, the $33 million, 190-room EVEN Hotel Miami Airport is the brand's first signing in the southeastern United States. The hotel will be led by a wellness-savvy staff and feature a best-in-class fitness experience, healthier food choices and natural, relaxing spaces adjacent to the Miami International Airport. The hotel, which will be in part financed through the EB-5 Visa for investors program, is expected to generate an economic impact by creating around 300 jobs in the area.
The event's Master of Ceremony was Hispanic journalist Nathaly Salas Guaithero who is also a holistic wellness coach. Speakers included Jason Moskal, Vice President of Lifestyle brands at IHG, Adriana Kostencki, Partner of Berger Singerman and VP of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce and a special recognition was presented by the office of Miami-Dade's Mayor, Carlos Jimenez's office.
