Chef’s menu allows guests to order whatever they like, whenever they like, and gone is the old-style utilitarian tableware, replaced by Chef’s hand-selected pieces by local artisans.
You can experience Wolfgang Puck’s first Manhattan restaurant: CUT by Wolfgang Puck is just opened and located inside Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown. It’s the celebrity chef’s first Manhattan address, seating 82 in the main dining room, 32 in the lounge and up to 32 in a more intimate space off the main dining room.
