CLEVELAND, OH—Vantage Hotels has opened a 143-room Lexington Hotel in Miami Beach, FL.
The property offers an outdoor pool, a fine dining restaurant, two lounges—including a pool bar that also serves beach goers, a gift shop, a business center and over 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
“Lexington is a great sounding name with deep, historic American roots. It is a young and vibrant brand that is continuing to expand nationwide and create solid name recognition. Vantage has a professional corporate team that provides strong support, and we’re confident they will help us take the hotel to the next level,” said Sharone Tzalik, from the property’s ownership team, Charles Group Hotels.
Located on Collins Ave., the property is adjacent to Miami Beach boardwalk and close to area attractions and entertainment, such as South Beach, American Airlines Arena (home of the Miami Heat), Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Florida International University, Zoo Miami and Miami Seaquarium.
This is Lexington’s third property in Florida, joining locations in Daytona Beach and Jacksonville. A deal for a fourth property north of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport was also reached earlier this year.
