AMARILLO, TX—My Place Hotels of America has inked an agreement with KAMP Hotels to develop 30 new hotels in Texas.
KAMP Hotels co-founder Alan Rhodes announced the agreement here at the grand opening of its first opened property, My Place Hotel-Amarillo, TX.
“I became acquainted with My Place and the energy of the Rivett family and Terry Kline a couple years ago,” said Rhodes. “We are now excited that in addition to building Amarillo and Lubbock, we came to an agreement and KAMP Hotels is going to be the Texas franchisee of My Place.”
KAMP Hotels has its first five locations under development.
“It has been a tremendous pleasure to work with [owners] Alan Rhodes, Kevin Nelson and their families at KAMP Hotels on bringing My Place hotels to their home state,” said Ryan Rivett, president/My Place Hotels of America.
