Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group announced the Park Inn Apartment Hotel Istanbul Esenyurt which will be Rezidor's largest hotel in Turkey with its 484 rooms. The hotel group increases its portfolio in the country to 22 hotels with almost 4,000 rooms in operation or under development.
The new apartment hotel will welcome the first guests in late 2017/early 2018. The Park Inn Apartment Hotel Istanbul Esenyurt will be located in the Esenyurt district – an upcomig area reporting a construction boom of residential and retail complexes. It is also home to the Esenyurt University, and enjoys easy access to Ataturk Airport (15km) and the city center (30km). The hotel will be part of "Wish Istanbul", a mixed-use 135,000m2 real estate development including two towers with 40+ floors and excellent visibility.
The
apartment hotel tower will include, besides 484 rooms and apartments,
an all-day-dining restaurant, a lobby lounge, a pool bar & grill, a
conference centre of 2,190sqm, a large spa (1,335sqm), an outdoor pool
