ATLANTA—Hotel Development Partners (HDP), based here, has opened the 175-suite Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Beach-Surfside. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by HDP-TLD Partners LLC and managed by Hotel Equities (HE), a JV partner in the deal.

The Residence Inn Miami Beach-Surfside is an all-suite hotel that offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Each suite has a kitchenette with a coffeemaker and microwave oven. The hotel also offers meeting rooms, flexible outdoor event spaces, a courtyard arboretum, a rooftop pool, a pool deck with a bar and grill, a fitness center, as well as access to morning beach runs and biking trails nearby. Each guest receives complimentary memberships to the Surfside Aquatic Center and the Surfside Tennis Center.
Amenities at the hotel include a private beach club located a few steps from property, as well as complimentary WiFi, 24-hour valet or onsite self-parking, onsite food and beverage, grocery delivery service, dry cleaning services and two guest laundry facilities. The hotel also hosts weeknight evening mixers and complimentary breakfast.
The Residence Inn Miami Beach-Surfside has been designed to LEED standards.
Located in the beachside luxury resort town of Surfside, within walking distance of Bal Harbour Shops, the Residence Inn Miami Beach-Surfside is also near to Aventura Mall, as well as South Beach and downtown Miami.
