Edinburgh Gin, crafting the Gin renaissance from the heart of Scotland’s capital has been awarded 4 stars from Visit Scotland for its visitor centre.
The Edinburgh Gin Distillery is a destination quite unlike any other, nestled beneath the stairs on Shandwick Place the visitor centre offers the unique chance to discover the modern-day gin experience in a working distillery.
Visitors learn the story behind Edinburgh’s spectacular gin and discover how it is distilled, witnessing first hand the pioneering distillers at work. Edinburgh Gin has a long-standing partnership with Heriot Watt University’s MSc in Brewing & Distilling course which seeks to push boundaries, bringing the science of distilling to the fore, which is featured in the tours.
The Edinburgh Gin Distillery also has a TripAdvisor excellence rating and ranked #16 for things to do in Edinburgh.
