Celebrity Cruises taps cruise industry veteran Lisa Vogt to lead Global Incentive and Charter Sales

MIAMI, FL – Celebrity Cruises announced the appointment of travel industry veteran, Lisa Vogt to the position of Associate Vice President, Global Meetings, Incentives and Charter Sales. In this role, Lisa oversees Celebrity Cruises’ worldwide corporate, charter and strategic partner business. She leads top-performing sales, marketing and operations managers responsible for selling and delivering outstanding corporate group and charter experiences.
Vogt has spent more than 19 years in the travel industry, with broad experience in sales, marketing, operations and executive training. Vogt joined Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL) in 1997, and throughout her career has naturally progressed through a series of leadership roles.
Most recently, Vogt served as Director, Global Sales and Marketing for Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International where she was the primary sales and marketing liaison for fourteen international markets. Prior to that she served as Director, Business Development Support and Onboard Sales for the Royal Caribbean International brand after serving as Director, Brand Quality, where she played an essential role by guiding the consistent delivery of high-quality onboard guest experiences. Vogt held a number of shipboard positions early in her career, before moving shoreside as onboard revenue manager at the company’s corporate headquarters in 2003.
Vogt is a native to Australia, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Management at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. She later went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
