Located at 4501 12th Avenue NE, the all-suite Residence Inn Seattle/University District will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by TMUD Holdings LLC.
Located in the University District, three miles from downtown Seattle and 18 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the Residence Inn Seattle/University District offers its guests convenient access to the University of Washington, Husky Stadium and the Seattle Waterfront. Rates vary depending on length of stay.
