The AAA Four-Diamond Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center, located in the picturesque Ozark Mountains overlooking pristine Table Rock Lake in Missouri, is offering an enticing new “Giving Back Meeting Program” promotion, with a very appealing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) option. Available to new bookings by September 30, 2015, for a meeting or program held at the resort before February 29, 2016, the promotion invites the group to receive their choice of a 3% rebate (based on rooms’ revenue) back to the master account or donating the 3% to their choice of one of many local charities.
The program is available to new meetings and programs only with 50 or more guest rooms which a contract has not already been issued. The 3% rebate or donation will be based upon consumed room revenue, according to the resort’s Director of Sales David Hume. Widely considered one of the finest resorts in the Midwest, the resort features 301 newly renovated guest rooms and suites, 43,500 square feet of meeting space all on one level, and many scenic outdoor venues.
Among the many 501(c) non-profit charities in Branson, Missouri that are options for the donation are: The Caring People; Free Medical Clinic of the Ozarks; Generation Rescue; Love, Inc.; Shepherd of the Hills Humane Society; Jesus Was Homeless; and The Crisis Center.
“We know how important it is to give back to the community, and know that many groups feel the same way,” said Hume. “This new promotion is a very appealing option for groups that wish to incorporate a nice Corporate Social Responsibility component into their program, while also enjoying a first-class meeting at a beautiful lakefront resort in the Ozark Mountains.”
