The Berlin airline Germania continues to develop its network of destinations from Berlin Schönefeld. From 22 February 2015 it will be flying to Tehran twice a week. Iran’s capital city is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the Alborz mountain range.
The Dizin skiing region is a mere two hours by car from Tehran. With ski lifts going up to an altitude of 3,600 metres, it is also one of the 40 highest altitude skiing regions in the world.
The flights take off every Wednesday and Sunday at 21:20 and land in the Iranian capital the following day at 04:35. The return flights are on Mondays and Thursdays at 05:20 and land at Berlin Schönefeld at 08:15.
The flights to Tehran are available already from 220 euros one way. Tickets can be purchased online at www.flygermania.de, by phone on +49 (30) 610 818 000 (standard rate when calling from a German landline; mobile phone rates may differ) as well as through travel agents. All stated prices include taxes and charges and already include the legally prescribed air passenger duty.
Soft drinks, a hot meal and magazines on the connection to Tehran are included in the fare. The free baggage allowance for checked-in baggage is 20 kilograms for adults and for children over two years of age.
