Atpi group in India reviews successes of 2014 and looks forward to 2015

The team in India successfully implemented a noted global account – Crompton Greaves (CG), a leading global engineering conglomerate. CG operations have been successfully implemented in Indonesia and Australia, with further travel management centres in Singapore and New Zealand and will complete its consolidation throughout Europe during 2015.

This growth ends a successful year for the company which last month announced the acquisition of international travel company Griffin Travel, increasing the ATPI Group’s network to over 100 locations across the world. The Mumbai-based operation services more than 30 leading Shipping and Offshore clients and a range of corporate accounts, both locally and across the world – this portfolio will further expand in 2015.

The company recently implemented a number of developments and enhancement of its technology including the launch of the ATPI CrewHub platform. This includes the addition of the Letter of Authority tool which offers clients the option to combine their letter of authority with the airline e-ticket receipts. Plus there have been upgrades to their ATPI On The Go mobile app, both enhancing the practical tools available to business travellers.

ATPI in India has an in-house dedicated proprietary 24/7 team that deals with emergencies specifically for India-based clients. Additionally, their specialist Remote Operations Centre (ROC) runs 24/7, 365 days a year, servicing international clients whenever they may need assistance whilst travelling.
