The RFP is available from Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at the HTA office (first level of the Hawai‘i Convention Center at 1801 Kalākaua Avenue, Honolulu, Hawai‘i 96815), during normal business hours (7:45a.m.– 4:30p.m.). The HTA will not accept any mail requests for the RFPs.
