The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) has launched the PATA Intern and Associate Programme.
The initiative will help enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated students who want practical experience working in a leading international travel industry organisation.
The intern programme puts into practise PATA’s Human Capital Development strategy to help young people become rising stars of the travel industry.
The programme is designed to attract intern associates of different nationalities from various destinations and backgrounds. PATA intern associates will be required to perform operational and administrative tasks at PATA Headquarters in Bangkok.
The objective of the programme is to give intern associates a first-hand experience working with inspirational professionals and senior management. Students will be exposed to PATA activities including advocacy, events, human capital development, membership, research, multimedia production, and sustainability challenges. Interns and associates will play an important role in organising PATA events and contributing to organisational efficiencies.
