If you’re making plans to sail on one of Royal Caribbean’s new Quantum-class vessels, be prepared to experience a brand new dining experience, different than any other experience they’ve had before.
Dynamic Dining is a completely new culinary concept that’ll be revealed on upcoming Quantum of the Seas, debuting November 2014, and Anthem of the Seas, debuting April 2015.
So what is Dynamic Dining?
It’s landscape of 18 restaurants that can be compared to dining in some of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities. Dynamic Dining is reinventing traditional dining on Royal Caribbean and doing away with the set-time dining room concept.
Guests will now have a choice of five complimentary, full service dining rooms, each with their own taste:
- American Icon Grill, comfort style menu
- Chic, contemporary cuisine
- Silk, pan Asian menu
- The Grande, a throw back to classic European ocean liners, where every night is a formal night
- Coastal Kitchen, Mediterranean style menu
