DEKALB, IL—Hampton Hotels opened its newest property, the 80-room Hampton Inn-DeKalb .
Owned by DeKalb Hotel Group, the hotel is the first Hampton property in DeKalb and the 36th in the state.
Located near Northern Illinois University, the hotel offers access to I-88 and the Historic Lincoln Highway (Route 38). Nearby attractions include Shabbona Lake State Park, the Ellwood House Museum and NIU’s Convocation Center.
Guestrooms are equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, 32-in. television and the Hampton signature bed. Suites also are available, offering additional space and a sleeper sofa.
The hotel also features Hampton's Perfect Mix Lobby, designed with a variety of seating and lighting options.
