New advanced security system for baggage inspection for international flights departing from Ben Gurion Airport Tel Aviv

From March, 9^th 2014, operating of the HBS system at Ben Gurion Int’l Airport begins and outgoing passenger processing will be changed to following:

Departuring passengers luggage will be delivered to the aircraft security check at the HBS site. Security check process will be performed without the use of the X-ray/CT machine located in the hall.

Please make sure to arrive three hours prior to the flight. For your comfort we recommend you to check-in online. Get boarding pass and check-in your baggage at special DROP OFF counters not later than one hour before scheduled departure time.
