Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills will be offering a celebratory Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20, 2014 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with festive decorations and opulent culinary delights.
Guests can indulge in egg-centric items such lobster eggs benedict and omelets made to order, with sides of apple smoked bacon and chicken sausages infused with apple. There will also be a Belgian waffle station with chocolate shavings, whipped cream, maple syrup, pomegranate syrup and dulce de leche.
Families will also be able to indulge in sushi, seafood, dim sum and carving stations. Entrées including organic chicken with rock shrimp, lemongrass and coconut fricassee; and braised short ribs, smashed potatoes with summer truffles and sautéed spring vegetables in citrus and chive butter. The carving station will include roasted prime rib with Yorkshire pudding; roasted ham; and rosemary,roasted Sonoma leg of lamb with mint jelly.
The children’s station will include assorted vegetable crudité with dips; tomato grilled cheese; organic buttermilk chicken tenders; macaroni and cheese; peanut butter and jelly sandwiches; ham and American cheese finger sandwiches; cookies; and cupcakes.
The dessert station will feature gelato galore, with an assortment of gelato created in-house by Pastry Chef Federico Fernandez, along with various toppings, sauces and cookies. The donut machine will be present along with an array of desserts and cupcakes.
