The Yule log is made of luscious glistening dark chocolate glaze and velvety chocolate cinnamon mousse atop a soft brownie base. Ensconced within the delectable chocolate made of 64% dark chocolate from Ecuador and hazelnuts is a tangy, spicy core of orange cardamom mousse with bits of orange peel hidden within for an enhanced texture in every bite.
