CHICAGO—Hyatt Hotels Corporation has revealed that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement for a Hyatt Place Asheville/Downtown NC.
The hotel will be owned and managed by Parks Hospitality Group and it is scheduled to open in 2015. The 138-room hotel will be located walking distance from the city center's restaurants, dining, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel will feature a roof top bar and event space with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
