Las Cruces CVB kicks off Salsa Experience to find best restaurant salsa

Think you know which local restaurant has the best salsa? Then tell us! The Las Cruces Convention & Visitors Bureau has recently opened nominations for the 2013 Salsa Experience. 

Nominations are done through the CVB's Facebook page at facebook.com/lascrucescvb.

"The Salsa Experience is an extension of our very popular Ticket to Taste promotion that we did this spring," said CVB Executive Director, Phil San Filippo. "What we are trying to do is draw as much attention to all the great culinary experiences visitors can have when they come to Las Cruces. Like our branding suggests, we want visitors to explore, experience and discover."

Log on through September 7 and nominate your favorite Las Cruces or Mesilla restaurant salsa. Those receiving the most nominations will be placed on a Salsa Experience map and people will be able to vote and rate their favorites.

Voting will begin November 1 and the winners will be announced with the kickoff of the 2014 Ticket to Taste program in mid-January. Voting will be done through the CVB's website ExploreLasCruces.com.
