As for the dining, minimalist, contemporary Japanese restaurant Kyo-Shun, specialising in the traditional, seasonal and imperial a la carte cuisine ofKyoto , exudes peace with a tranquil ambiance.
From its main dining room warmed by rich, dark timber plank flooring, an open kitchen allows guests to admire master chefs preparing the specialty cuisine of Kyoto, famed for its simmering bowls of Softened Bean-curd and Bean-curd Sheet in soup, which is flown in fresh daily from Japan; Sea bream fish rice in Clay Pot by using Kumoi Gama, the famous clay pot factory in Kyoto.
