unique type of residential holiday accommodation reaching new levels
of luxury has been launched in Far North Queensland by Ultra Port
Douglas, a property management group with broad experience in
marketing top-of-the-range real estate.
The architecturally splendid properties in premier beachfront and waterfront locations offer personalised holiday concierge service with limousine airport transfers, daily servicing, a personal welcome to the residence and a gourmet hamper to welcome guests.
Residences in the Ultra portfolio are of the highest quality, with privacy and security, dual bedroom suites and, if required, the services of a chef-in-house to prepare a degustation dinner or a typically extravagant Queensland seafood barbecue.
There are three types of Ultra package ranging from $12,500 for a seven night stay for up to six guests. Personally, tailored Ultra Indulgence and Ultra Exclusive packages are also available.
Ultra Port Douglas director Angela Vinnicombe said she had identified a gap in the market for hotel level service in private residences.
She added, “The scope of services ranges from Ultra Concierge which is available for any additional requirements including pantry stocking of food and beverages, vehicles and drivers to provide transport to fine dining establishments in the region or other Port Douglas activities such as day spas, golf, sailing, and shopping.
“There is also the Ultra Indulgence which can include yacht charter, helicopter transfers and relaxing massage treatments in your residence.
“And, ultimately there is the Ultra Exclusive package which offers a fully catered Barrier Reef experience on a Super Catamaran and a daily butler service to provide lights meals and refreshment (along with household duties).”
Ultra Port Douglas residences are also suitable for weddings, small corporate functions, meetings and ceremonies for a few privileged guests.
