Holding bought the Seven Seas Hotel and the Kemer Imperial Hotel,
which are included in the portfolio of İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım

OTI Holding bought the hotels Seven Seas, located at Manavgat, Titreyengöl, and Kemer Imperial, located at Kemer, Göynük, which are both included in the portfolio of İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. Otium Otelcilik Turizm Ticaret A.Ş bought the right of construction of the Seven Seas Hotel, and the property of the lodging located near the hotel, as well as the property of the Kemer Imperial Hotel and the lodging located at the same place, against a total value of Euros 53.690.000.
Ayhan Bektaş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of OTI Holding, which has been operating in 26 countries on 5 continents with its 15 participations and professional employees of over 3 thousand within the main areas of tour operation, travel agency, aviation, hotel management and security, stated, regarding the purchase of the two hotels, as follows:
“As OTI Holding, we had already proceeded with our activities in order to launch investment in the field of hotel management during the past years. First of all, the legal process for the purchase of the two facilities, of which the right of construction belongs to İş Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., as publicly announced by us during January, was under way until yesterday. In addition to the 5-star Otium Eco Club Side with a capacity of 426 rooms, as currently belonging to us, the process for the acquisition of the two 5-star facilities in Side and Göynük was completed yesterday. We bought the hotels Seven Seas and Kemer Imperial, located in Antalya. Thanks to these purchases, the number of our rooms has reached 1068. Our growth strategy in the hospitality industry will keep on both at home and abroad.”
The Seven Seas, located at Manavgat Titreyengöl, has been serving with 356 rooms and 861 beds.
The Kemer Imperial, located at Göynük, has 256 rooms.
