1000 of their international travel agents to find out where clients
were most requesting holiday rentals in 2013.
America came out on top. Agents were most interested in holiday rentals in Florida, Hawaii and California. New York apartments and South Carolina beach properties were also a high priority for IAVRA travel agents.
IAVRA continues to grow its portfolio and always takes its lead from the travel agents. With a surge of interest for American vacation rentals, IAVRA has signed up a number of new property agents representing properties across California, Florida, Mexico, Hawaii and Saint Lucia.
Business Development Manager, Yianni Dimitriadis explains, "We are always looking to develop new territories and bulk up our representation in key regions.
