Discover the new “Destination Impressionism, Tour Planning and Assistance Guide”

The first addition of the guide Destination Impressionism, gave the first clues to discovering the region of the great impressionist painters. Paris Ile-de-France Tourist Board have now introduced a more advanced tool for tour operators working in this region, so that they can develop packages based around this theme.

The Destination Impressionism, Tour Planning Assistance Guide lists sites, hotels, restaurants and operators in the Ile-de-France region that have been pre-selected and certified, to ensure they meet certain tour planning criteria.

Based on 7 geographical areas in and around Paris, all the suggestions in terms of visits, restaurants and accommodation are presented inthe Destination Impressionism, Tour Planning Assistance Guide, so that customised packages can be developed.

Almost 20 tailored packages are listed, including several new ones. Developed by tourism professionals in the Ile-de-France region, the tailored packages can provide a basis for extended impressionist tours or be part of a more general programme in and around Paris.

Finally,  this  guide suggests 2 routes for  clients

with special needs, accessible itineries, guaranteed by the Tourist Board and its partners. For each of these 1 or 2-day tour suggestions, leaving from Paris, details of the relevant operators and/or products are provided.
