Star Clipper Cruise To Observe Comet Ison From Costa Rica


Dr. Sky®, Steve Kates, will be leading a group of avid star gazers on a Star Clipper cruise off the Costa Rican Coast, December 1-8, 2013.
Comet ISON will be in the sky at both dusk and dawn according to Dr. Sky,® "Indeed, northerners will see it at both dusk and dawn."
The latest predictions suggest a comet as large as Hale-Bopp, but then again, "They are just predictions," says Steve Kates who is the host of the Dr. Sky® radio program which launches from News Talk 92.3 KTAR Phoenix, AZ and is heard on many affiliates throughout the nation.
Steve regularly gives talks throughout Arizona on Astronomy and is a frequent television guest on the subject of the "sky." Steve will be giving daily lectures on the sky along with leading comet observation and photography.
The cruise on the Star Flyer begins Sunday December 1st in Puerto Caldera, Costa Rica. On Monday you will be at sea, observing the comet at both dawn and dusk. Sail this week to: San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua, Playa de Coco, Costa Rica, Cuanjiniquil, Playa Flamingo, Islas Tortugas and Puerto Caldera.
