As the Carnival Destiny sailed off into the Miami sunset Monday night for the very last time, the Carnival Victory arrived in Miami to kick off its new schedule of year round four – and five-day cruises.
Don’t
worry about the Carnival Destiny though – she’s on an 18-day
journey to Italy where she’ll receive a $155 million dollar, 49 day
transformation into the Carnival Sunshine.
Carnival
Victory’s new schedule features three distinctly different
itineraries:
- 4-day “long weekend” cruises departing Thursdays call at Key West, Fla., and Cozumel, Mexico
- 5-day cruises departing Mondays includes stops at Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands; Half Moon Cay; and Nassau, The Bahamas
- 5-day cruises departing Saturdays feature George Town, Grand Cayman; and Ocho Rios, Jamaica
A
classic Fun Ship, Carnival Victory offers a variety of ways to have
fun, from a 214-foot-long Twister water slide to a 270-square-foot
poolside LED screen showing nightly Dive-In Movies and a wide range
of dancing and entertainment venues, including the Punchliner Comedy
Club presented by George Lopez.
