Swiss
International Hotels has
signed an agreement with GRACE Hospitality
Management International of Istanbul, Turkey to
develop Swiss International Hotels and Swiss Spirit
Inns, Hotels & Suites in Turkey and Northern Cyprus.
The
transaction is part of both companies’ shared strategy to capture
the tremendous growth opportunities within Turkey, one of the fastest
growing economies in the world.
GraceHMI,
under the guidance of industry experts Tony Betts and Bill Bauer has
decennia long experience in advising Turkish hotel owners about their
strategies. Under the Swiss International Hotel and Swiss Spirit
brands, the company will now directly offer franchises and
management agreements to hoteliers, owners and developers, offering
the future guests the next generation of luxury stay experience with
superior facilities steeped in sustainable design, high-grade
technology, revolutionary loyalty programs and consistent delivery of
Swiss-quality services.

Expansion
is planned in most corporate centres around the country, such as
Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Trabzon and resorts such as
Antalya, Bodrum and in North Cyprus.
Swiss
International Hotels & Resorts has recently
restructured to expand its business in
Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. The Company is active in
management, franchise and affiliation with currently
affiliated hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and
extensive development in India and China.
