The cruise line will return to New York City for the first time since 2023, while increasing departures from San Juan, Puerto Rico. The program will also feature maiden calls in Panama and more opportunities to combine Disney’s onboard entertainment with longer and more varied itineraries.

Disney Wish returns to New York
The Disney Wish will arrive in New York in late September 2027 after its inaugural European season. It will operate seven special voyages, ranging from four to seven nights.
Five sailings will visit Bermuda, with three offering an additional day on the island. The ship will also return to New England and Atlantic Canada, visiting Boston, St. John in New Brunswick and Halifax during the fall season.
The Wish will then sail a five-night voyage from New York to Puerto Rico, including a stop in Bermuda, before operating a seven-night Southern Caribbean cruise from Puerto Rico. Ports will include Aruba, St. Maarten, Bonaire and Dominica.
San Juan gets more Disney cruises
The Disney Fantasy will also expand its presence in San Juan. A seven-night Southern Caribbean sailing is scheduled for December 2027, followed by a five-night Eastern Caribbean itinerary ending in Fort Lauderdale.
The ship will return to Puerto Rico in late April and May 2028 for two seven-night Southern Caribbean cruises calling at destinations including Curaçao, Bonaire, Barbados and Antigua.
The Disney Magic will introduce two Panama Canal repositioning cruises. In November 2027, it will sail 14 nights from San Diego to Galveston, with a maiden call at Fuerte Amador near Panama City.
In March 2028, the ship will make the reverse journey from Galveston to San Diego, with a maiden call at Colón, Panama.
More ships from Florida
Port Canaveral will become an even bigger Disney hub, with three Wish Class ships based there from November 2027.
The Disney Destiny will make Port Canaveral its home port for the first time, operating three- to seven-night cruises to The Bahamas and Western Caribbean. The ship will first spend part of Fall 2027 sailing from Fort Lauderdale.
The Disney Wish will later operate three- and four-night Bahamian cruises from Port Canaveral, including visits to Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
The Disney Treasure will continue seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages, while the Disney Dream will offer shorter Bahamian cruises before moving to Fort Lauderdale.
California, Texas and Southeast Asia
California and Texas will also feature prominently. The Disney Magic and Disney Wonder will sail from San Diego on Baja and Mexican Riviera itineraries, with the Wonder continuing through Spring 2028.
The Magic will relocate to Galveston after its Panama Canal voyage and operate four- to seven-night cruises, including selected Bahamian sailings featuring both Disney private-island destinations.
In Southeast Asia, the Disney Adventure will continue sailing from Singapore with new three- and four-night itineraries from September through December 2027.
Selected sailings beginning December 31, 2026, will add Langkawi, Malaysia, as a new port of call.
Disney will also bring back its Halloween on the High Seas and Very Merrytime cruises, adding seasonal entertainment, character appearances, parties and holiday-themed activities.
Early booking opens August 31, 2026, for select Castaway Club members, with general sales beginning September 8.
