Before you throw it out, check if it can be recycled At Recycle It Saturday on 22 August, you can drop off over 20 types of items that don’t belong in your bins at home.  That old TV, broken toaster, worn-out clothes or piece of polystyrene can all be recycled instead.    You can also bring household furniture in great condition, which we’ll help rehome to families in need through a local charity.  Open to City of Sydney, Waverley and Woollahra residents. Find your next favourite outfit at our Ultimo clothes swap Swap quality clothes you don’t wear for something you’ll actually love. Join us for a free clothes swap on Saturday 29 August at Ultimo Community Centre. Come solo or bring a friend and swap with other locals who love fashion and reuse. Open to City of Sydney residents only. Book your free ticket.
