Mews launches business intelligence platform for hotels

AMSTERDAM – Mews has launched Mews Business Intelligence (Mews BI), a native data and analytics solution designed to provide hoteliers with real-time, AI-powered insights within its operating system.

Embedded directly into the platform, Mews BI enables hotel teams to access a single source of truth and act on live business data without switching systems. The tool includes customisable dashboards and scheduled reports, allowing operators to monitor key metrics such as revenue, occupancy and bookings across individual properties and portfolios.

The new product introduces built-in, self-service analytics that allow hospitality teams to explore performance data and identify trends without manual data exports. AI-powered summaries translate key metrics into plain language, supporting faster decision-making.

Users can create tailored dashboards through a drag-and-drop interface, aligning reporting with specific business priorities. Automated reporting functionality ensures dashboards and reports are delivered on a scheduled basis, reducing manual processes and improving team alignment.

The platform also integrates internal data with external sources, including online travel agencies and Google Ads, providing a consolidated view of commercial and operational performance.

Customers are looking for solutions that they can trust,” said Pepa Starýchfojtů, CPTO at Mews. “With Mews BI, we’re giving hoteliers a single, reliable platform to turn their data into actionable insights – helping them make faster, smarter decisions every day.

Mews BI has already been adopted by more than 1,000 early customers. Among them, Adara Hotel in Whistler reported measurable performance improvements after implementation. By analysing occupancy and average daily rate by room type, the property adjusted inventory allocation and introduced targeted strategies, resulting in a 20% increase in two-bedroom suite occupancy, a threefold increase in winter revenue from one-bedroom suites, and an 11% overall revenue uplift during the spring shoulder season, alongside a $50 increase in ADR.

We had data before, but it was manual and not detailed, just basic stats like overall ADR and date. With Mews BI, everything is in one place,” said Rhys Davies, General Manager of the Adara Hotel.

Mews BI is now automatically available to customers using Mews Analytics or the Enterprise package, with support for hostels expected in the second half of 2026. At launch, all customers, including those without Mews Analytics, have access to insight dashboards, expanding reporting capabilities across the platform.
