RateGain unifies Adara and Sojern under Sojern brand

 


RateGain Travel Technologies Limited announced the strategic consolidation of Adara and Sojern into a single global entity operating under the Sojern brand. The integration aims to create what the company describes as the largest and most comprehensive source of travel intent data globally.

The initiative brings together products, talent and data assets from both organisations into a unified platform designed to deliver predictive traveller insights and multichannel engagement capabilities at global scale.

According to RateGain, the integration combines complementary capabilities while preserving the expertise and customer value developed by each organisation. The alignment is intended to strengthen product capabilities and expand data resources across the combined platform.

Under the integration, the Adara workforce will remain within the organisation and will operate under a newly structured leadership framework.

The platform is intended to support companies in improving marketing performance and increasing direct bookings through the use of integrated data and analytics.
