PredictX launches traveller risk module in response to Middle East conflict

Travel data analyst PredictX has launched a new ‘Global Conflict – Traveller Risk’ module to provide “immediate visibility” of business travel activity in the Middle East in response to the ongoing conflict in the region.

Built using corporate travel and expense data “from more than 200 pre-configured connectors”, the dashboard incorporates arrival data from the past month as well as upcoming bookings and credit card transaction data, “allowing organisations to pinpoint traveller locations based on card activity within the previous week,” the company said.

The module also includes "segment-level analysis” of journeys routed through key hubs in the Middle East, displaying employee counts at each location, PredictX stated.

"Our business intelligence analysis team worked around the clock over the weekend to design, build and deploy the module for every client — regardless of travel programme size — at no additional cost,” said PredictX CEO Keesup Chloe. “We will be continuously updating and increasing the usefulness of the analysis, based on our already overwhelmingly positive client feedback.”

Within the first 20 hours of the module going live on Monday (2 March), PredictX said 22 clients had logged on and created 40 reports.

A ‘Traveller Repatriation’ solution is currently under development and will be released as part of the global conflict module within the next 48 hours, the company said. Moving forward, the module will be supported by the company's Cogent AI agent
