airBaltic Reports Traffic Figures for February 2026

 

The Latvian airline airBaltic carried 312 200 passengers across its network in February 2026, marking an 8% increase compared to the same period last year and the highest number of passengers the airline has ever flown in February. During the month, airBaltic operated 3 114 flights, an increase of 6.8% year-on-year.

 

The load factor in February 2026 was 75.8%, a slight decrease by 1.2 percentage points compared to the same period last year. The lower February load factor was mainly driven by increased capacity year on year, with passenger demand growing at a slower pace during the low season.

As recently reported, in 2025, airBaltic transported a total of 5.2 million passengers across its network, the highest number of passengers the airline has ever carried in a single year. The company operated 48.3 thousand flights during the year, representing a 3% increase compared to 2024.
