The refreshed brand is
supported by a new campaign highlighting the benefits available to travel
advisors who book with Pleasant Holidays, as well as those seeking information
on how the company supports advisor businesses.
David Hu, President and Chief
Executive Officer of A | T Collective,
said: “We are excited for this new chapter for Pleasant Holidays, a
brand that represents a lasting legacy among travel advisors, suppliers and
DMOs. Our commitment to providing the utmost in travel advisor support will be
further complemented by enhanced technology and travel advisor tools allowing
all to successfully grow together in this ever-changing industry.”
The new pleasantadvisor.com
website has been redesigned and re-engineered to combine a simplified interface
with enhanced functionality. A new feature displays available offers within
hotel listings and destination pages, with selected offers remaining visible
throughout the booking process to provide pricing clarity for travel advisors
and their clients.
The platform also introduces business tools for travel advisors, including access to social media content, sales flyers, and webinar training sessions, searchable by destination and tool type. An optional feature allows advisors to display or suppress commission information in pricing, supporting client-facing discussions. A central dashboard enables tracking of bookings from reservation through travel.
Pleasant Holidays has also
introduced a refreshed logo, featuring a modernised design intended to reflect
the company’s current direction, while retaining the brand’s established blue
colour.
Alongside the brand update,
Pleasant Holidays has implemented a revised deposit policy, allowing
reservations to be held with a $100 per person deposit, reduced from $200, plus
applicable hotel or airline fees. Courtesy holds have also been extended from
three days to five days.
The refreshed offering
includes a range of travel advisor benefits, including direct hotel and resort
contracting, U.S.-based service centres staffed by in-house teams, booking
source transparency, online booking supported by phone and chat assistance,
commission protection on eligible bookings, refundable processing of vacation
components to the original form of payment, and participation in the company’s
TRIP rewards programme for travel advisors.
The updates form part of
Pleasant Holidays’ broader efforts to enhance its digital capabilities and
advisor support infrastructure.
