The digital ITB Navigator is now live, offering participants an efficient platform to prepare for the trade show. Members of selected associations can benefit from ticket discounts, and ITB Berlin is also offering public transport discounts.
The ITB Navigator provides all participants in ITB Berlin 2026 with access
to a digital platform for matchmaking, appointment scheduling, programme
searches, and obtaining event information. Trade visitors, buyers, exhibitors,
and media representatives can use this free tool to ensure optimal preparation
for the event, which takes place from 3 to 5 March 2026. A ticket to ITB
Berlin, membership in the ITB Buyers Circle, or media accreditation allows
users to create a personal profile and access various functions, including the
new Networking feature.
Efficient
networking: automatic recommendations and identifying suitable business
contacts
The ITB Navigator’s Networking function provides an overview of all
registered participants who have activated direct contact for their personal
profile. The new Matchmaking function makes business negotiations more
efficient: based on information in a fully completed profile, users receive
automated, personalized recommendations. This helps maximize contact relevance,
save time, enhance professional exchanges, and identify potential business
partners. A relevance indicator shows how well a recommended contact matches
one’s profile with a percentage match displayed.
Along with automated recommendations, the Networking function facilitates manual searches for suitable business contacts using filters. This tool is designed for trade visitors who wish to engage directly in business, seek press contacts, or establish strategic leads.
Additional services, including the exhibitor portfolio, exhibitor news, the
convention and event programme, the appointment calendar, and an interactive
map of the exhibition grounds (available in late January), allow users to
gather comprehensive information and prepare efficiently. During the event,
users can also make use of geo-based functions, displaying their location on
the interactive map and accessing information about sessions or events nearby.
ITB Berlin app available in late January
In addition to the ITB Navigator, the new ITB Berlin app will be available
free of charge from Google Play and the Apple Store starting in late January.
Users can log in using the email address provided during ticket purchase and
access their personal appointment calendar, contacts stored in the ITB
Navigator, and a digital version of their ITB Berlin and BVG tickets. The app
also includes an exhibitor and product directory, interactive map of the
grounds, event and convention programme, and bookmarking and memo functions to
help organize schedules. All content is available in both German and English.
For exhibitors, the new Lead Scanning add-on in the ITB Berlin app enhances
lead collection efficiency. Assigned team members can scan visitor badges,
gather contact information, and export the data in a consolidated file. This
function is available as an option through ITB Berlin’s Advertising Shop.
