AHLA announces 2026 Hospitality Show regional events

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) has confirmed the dates and host cities for its 2026 Hospitality Show regional events, a nationwide series designed to support hotel owners, general managers and property-level leaders with market insights, policy updates and supplier connections. The events complement the fourth annual Hospitality Show, which will take place on 2–4 November 2026 in Miami Beach.

AHLA’s regional program is positioned to help hospitality professionals navigate shifting market conditions and evolving regulatory landscapes, while also strengthening relationships with local stakeholders and policymakers.

2026 regional event schedule

• January 29 – The Hospitality Show: Illinois (Chicago)
• February 12 – The Hospitality Show: Hawaiʻi (Honolulu)
• March 12 – The Hospitality Show: Washington (Seattle)
• June 4 – The Hospitality Show: Arizona (Phoenix)
• September 9 – The Hospitality Show: Pennsylvania (Philadelphia)

These events will provide access to the latest market data, opportunities for networking with peers and engagement with top service providers. Each regional edition will also feature briefings on federal, state and local policy changes that affect hotel operations and profitability. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with elected officials at various levels of government.

Rosanna Maietta, AHLA President & CEO, emphasised the importance of supporting hospitality leaders in markets across the U.S. “The Hospitality Show regional events underscore the indispensable role hotels play in strengthening local communities, while bringing hospitality leaders face-to-face with elected officials to advance the hotel industry’s priorities,” she said. “We are proud to bring The Show’s best-in-class experience to some of the nation’s major tourist destinations across the country, in collaboration with our trusted partner state associations.”

Building momentum toward Miami Beach 2026

The 2026 regional events will lead into the flagship Hospitality Show scheduled for November 2–4, 2026, in Miami Beach. Hosted by AHLA and Questex, the event has become a key annual gathering for hospitality professionals, recognised for its focus on operations, technology and solutions that support hotel performance.
