The 20-storey Garza Blanca Sanctuary Tower will introduce 118 oceanfront suites overlooking Banderas Bay. The property forms part of the wider Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa complex and aims to broaden the range of accommodation options for different traveller segments, including families, groups and couples.
Suites will feature private balconies, Jacuzzis and sea views, with unit sizes ranging from two-bedroom suites to larger configurations. Family-oriented suite concepts and adults-focused options will be included in the inventory.
“The opening of the Garza Blanca Sanctuary tower marks an exciting new chapter not only for our Garza Blanca brand but also for Puerto Vallarta,” said Sasa Milojevic, Chief Operating Officer for TAFER Hotels & Resorts. “Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa is one of our most beloved properties and with two new towers debuting in 2026, we are significantly expanding our presence in one of Mexico’s most premium coastal regions to meet growing guest demand. Every detail – from expansive family suites designed to spark imagination to chic rooftop lounging for adults to various new fine dining experiences – has been created to celebrate the culture and beauty of the destination, while delivering the elevated, personalized hospitality and exceptional culinary that define TAFER.”
Guests staying at the new tower will have access to facilities within the broader Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa, including beach areas, gardens, restaurants, bars, pools, fitness amenities and children’s facilities. Additional dining options across neighbouring towers are expected to be available progressively.
According to TAFER, design elements in the new tower will reflect the surrounding landscape of the Pacific coast and the Sierra Madre Mountains through contemporary interiors and curated artwork.
