SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) has officially opened registration for the SITE Global Conference 2026, which will take place from February 12 to 15, 2026, at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The annual event brings together global leaders from across the incentive travel ecosystem to explore industry trends, connect with peers, and reinforce the business impact of well-designed reward experiences.
Bringing together more than 750 professionals from both the supply and demand sides of the sector, the conference provides senior-level education, meaningful peer networking, and a warm, inclusive environment that reflects SITE’s core values of curiosity, purpose, and global community.
“SITE Global Conference is where our worldwide community comes together to accelerate the future of incentive travel,” said Annette Gregg, CEO of SITE. “The 2026 program emphasizes insight, application, and results, ensuring every delegate leaves with ideas they can implement immediately. We will continue to strengthen the business case for incentive travel with evidence of ROI and practical examples of loyalty, trust, and cultural impact.”
Abu Dhabi serves as a strategic and inspiring host destination, combining world-class hospitality, modern infrastructure, and efficient access with rich cultural depth. From architecture and coastline to cuisine and heritage, the emirate offers an engaging backdrop for professionals to strengthen partnerships and explore new opportunities.
“Hosting the SITE Global Conference 2026 reaffirms Abu Dhabi’s position as a dynamic hub for global business events and incentive experiences,” noted Mubarak Al Shamisi, Director of Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau at DCT Abu Dhabi. “We look forward to welcoming the SITE community to a destination where meaningful connections and memorable experiences come together to elevate every incentive programme.”
The 2026 agenda will address the major forces reshaping the incentive travel landscape. Key topics include evolving business models in a sector projected to approach two trillion dollars by 2032, strategies for navigating cost pressures, and approaches to strengthening revenue resilience. Delegates will also explore comprehensive frameworks for risk and security management – from climate considerations and geopolitical shifts to digital vulnerabilities.
Talent development will feature prominently, with discussions on building multi-generational teams and positioning people as a strategic advantage. Technology will be embedded throughout the program, with practical sessions on AI, automation, and data, focusing on responsible adoption, efficiency gains, and enhanced personalization without losing the human touch central to incentive experiences.
Sustainability, social responsibility, and wellness will form cross-cutting themes, reflected both in the content and in the event design — supporting well-being, mental clarity, and long-lasting professional impact.
The event is made possible through the partnership of the Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau and The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.
