Change in number of shares and votes in Scandic

 

The number of shares and votes in Scandic Hotels Group AB (publ) (“Scandic”) has changed in May 2025 following the implementation of the resolution passed by the Annual General Meeting on 6 May 2025 to cancel 4,030,622 own shares that had previously been repurchased by Scandic.

 

The total number of shares in Scandic has in May 2025 decreased by 4,030,622 shares, corresponding to the same number of votes. Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Scandic amounts to 215,127,300.
